Collection, Indent & Preorder Information
Orders are welcome at any time and will be added to our next supplier order if the items are not already in stock. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the brand and collection. If you require confirmation of delivery times, feel free to get in touch.

We have a range of products currently in stock, which can be shopped via the "In Stock Now" tab on our B2B platform.
Each brand also has seasonal releases, which are typically available for pre-order—for example, Christmas or other seasonal stock. To secure stock for these periods, it's important to place a pre-order.
In addition, we have indents throughout the year—these are scheduled reorders with our suppliers. Customer orders are added to these indent cycles as needed. You can find key dates and updates for indents and pre-orders on our Indent Page, which is regularly updated.
We also notify customers via email regarding all important dates and order opportunities.

What You Need To Know
Are Crave sales S.O.R (sale or return) or firm sale?
Crave is a firm sale company and all orders should be considered as such. If any special sale requirements are needed you must discuss this with our sales representative before purchase.
Do I need an account to purchase?
Yes you do, Crave sells to independent retailers and corporate accounts. To enquire about opening an account with us please register on the B2B here.
How do I become a stockist?
It's easy, go to our B2B, fill out the registration form to create an account, once approved you have access to all of our brands products.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to both Australia and New Zealand. OYOY NZ only.
When is payment due?
Payment is due on invoice. Once your items are ready to ship we will send you the invoice.
Is there a minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is $500 across all brands, if there are minimum order quantities required on any products, this will be clearly stated.
What happens if some of my order is out of stock?
Those items not in stock will automatically be placed on backorder and be delivered once the stock arrives. If we can’t deliver any item pertaining to your order you will be informed by way of your invoice and packing slip advice. Please let us know when ordering if you would prefer to have your order shipped as one complete order.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer easy & simple shipping charges.
Shipping charges are based on your net order.
$0-$499 = Full shipping costs calculated when packing.
$500-$2999 = 3%
$3000-$4999 = 1.5%
$5000+ = Free Shipping*

Do I have to pay a deposit for indents, pre-orders or back orders?
No deposits are required for any orders, but they are firm orders and not able to be cancelled.
When will my order be shipped?
All in stock items in your order will typically be dispatched within 24 hours. If not in stock they will be put on backorder and shipped once they are in stock. Please let us know if you would prefer to wait and have the whole order shipped as one.
What if I need images for my website/socials. Where can I get then?
We have image banks with product shots and lifestyle imagery for all brands, made available to you once you sign up to our B2B here.
I need product descriptions. Where can I find these?
You can find product descriptions on our B2B website, please contact us if you require more information than is available.
