ARE CRAVE SALES S.O.R (SALE OR RETURN) OR FIRM SALE?
Crave is a firm sale company and all orders should be considered as such. If any special sale requirements are needed you must discuss this with our sales representative before purchase.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
We don’t insist on a minimum order value. If there are minimimum order quantities required on any products, this will be clearly stated.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME OF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
Your stock will automatically be placed on backorder and be delivered once the stock arrives. If we can’t deliver any item pertaining to your order you will be informed by way of your invoice and packing slip advice.
DO I PAY FOR FREIGHT?
We value all of our customers so offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over $400 - Yay us :)
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF PAYMENT?
Payment is required prior to the shipment of goods. A pro-forma invoice will be issued to facilitate this

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Depending on your location, you should receive your order 3-5 working days from the date the order was placed. For indent orders our sales rep can advise you on delivery times.
